OUR KITCHEN

 

Manakish and naanza take just two minutes to bake in our state-of-the-art ovens. But while the finished dish may be on your plate quickly, you can guarantee we’ve taken our time to craft it.

Our menu has been inspired and created by Michelin-starred chefs, so you know that the attention to detail is second to none. Our flatbreads are baked in-house every day and we also prepare all our toppings from scratch.

We believe the food you eat should be a force for good, so we use only the freshest, healthiest ingredients, supporting local suppliers and growers where possible. You’ll also find lots of vegetarian and vegan options on our menu.

We love great food but hate great waste, so we’ve partnered with ReFood to transform any scrap food into green energy. We’re also working with Refugee Kitchen to help feed those in need in London and the rest of the country.
