Manakish is a traditional Levantine dish of topped flatbread that’s enjoyed for breakfast or lunch. Crisp on the outside with a soft, fluffy centre, the dough is made using water, flour, yeast, oil, salt and sugar, then rolled flat and pressed with the fingertips to make little dips for the toppings to sit in. Our manakish are made with authentic ingredients to create the distinctive tastes of the Levantine, such as minced lamb, chargrilled chicken, halloumi, olives, sumac and za’atar.
A soft flatbread from South Asia, naan is made using flour, yeast, salt and water. It’s usually served as an accompaniment to main courses, but naanza transforms this humble bread from side dish to shining star!
Our naanza celebrate South Asian favourites such as butter chicken, tikka paneer, makhani sauce and mango chutney.
